New Delhi (Urdu news latest newspaper, May 25, 2019): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi resigned from his post. According to details, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented his resignation to President Ram Nath Kovind, but the Indian President directed Narendra Modi to work till the establishment of a new government. It is clear that Narendra Modi's party, Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP), won the majority of the elections in the Indian Lok Sabha elections.According to the Indian Election Commission, the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won 303 out of 542 seats while the National Democratic Alliance won 353 seats. After announcing election results, Indian Prime Minister met with the Indian President along with his cabinet and resigned his position, while the cabinet members also presented their resignation to the Indian President.
Cabinet members were accepted by the Indian President, but they requested Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to work on his position as he accepted. Narendra Modi was greeted by prime minister Pakistan Imran Khan on the great success of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
On the other hand, Congress President Rahul Gandhi also accepted the defeat and said that victory of Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will have to accept. Remember that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had a total of 282 in 2014 and the NDA had 336 seats. 272 seats are required to establish a government in India. Elections in Lok Sabha in India were started on April 11 and completed in 7 stages on May 19.
